eligibility for Board certification

Residency/Training Requirements

All candidates for Board Certification shall have completed at minimum, a two year residency of either a PPMR/PSR or a PSR 24, or any residency of three years or more

Licensing/Active Practice period

All candidates for Board Certification shall have been in practice for 7 years at minimum, have an active Podiatric Medical license with no stipulations, and have no State Board disciplinary issues resulting in suspension or previous loss of license

Active Staff

All candidates for Board Certification shall be on staff of Hospital or Surgery Center in some direct patient care capacity
